LONDON, UK - World Chase Tag® is pleased to announce that Quality Movement from Sweden has been selected as the final wild card invitation for the WCT7 World Championships, taking place June 6–7, 2026, in Évry-Courcouronnes, France.
The Swedish squad joins an elite field of twelve teams competing in the Open Division, completing what promises to be the most competitive World Championships in WCT history.

A Story of Perseverance
Quality Movement's journey to WCT7 is one defined by resilience. The team's debut at the previous World Championships was a difficult learning experience, but rather than retreat, they doubled down on their commitment to the sport.
Over the past two years, Quality Movement has transformed their approach entirely. Training relentlessly on their home Quad™ in Sweden, hosting events, and competing at every opportunity, the team has steadily climbed the competitive ladder.
Their breakthrough moment came at the Rotterdam Qualifier, where Quality Movement advanced to the brink of the final. Their tournament run ended only after a dramatic last-chase video review against Fakaw Paris, currently ranked fourth in the world. It was a razor-thin margin that signaled to the global Chase Tag® community: this team has arrived.

Rankings Don't Tell the Full Story
Currently positioned 24th in the official WCT ELO rankings, Quality Movement's standing reflects their past rather than their present. After an extended period of rebuilding, the team has recently strung together performances at the highest level. As their ELO continues to climb, fans should expect Quality Movement to compete well above their current ranking suggests.
This is a team on the rise, and one that could deliver surprises in Évry-Courcouronnes.
